Terms, subscriptions and refunds
Updated 20 October 2026 · Service operator: MyPageAudit
These terms govern MyPageAudit, operated by MyPageAudit. Read them with our privacy and cookie policy and the plan/checkout information shown before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights and the applicable seller's payment obligations remain in force.
1. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you must have its authority. Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials and tell support promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Agreeing to terms does not opt you into marketing or analytics.
2. What the service provides
MyPageAudit checks public HTML, including titles, descriptions, headings, indexing declarations, images, mobile metadata and structured data. It provides bounded crawls, retained reports and supported research features. It does not render JavaScript or perform a full security, legal, accessibility or Core Web Vitals assessment. A score describes available fetched evidence at a particular time, not a certification.
Provider approval, coverage, shared quotas and outages can limit results. Missing information is not zero. Crawly supplies indexed backlink totals, not a complete live-web link inventory; authority scores are provider-specific. Google Ads supplies advertising keyword data, not organic search positions. Gemini output is AI-generated advice: check it before acting. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing, sales or results from implementing a recommendation.
Rank Tracker is a preview with no live rank measurement. Automatic daily monitoring and monthly digests are paused. Manual audits and requested report emails remain available. Future features are not included merely because they appear in a roadmap.
3. Permitted use and your submissions
Audit public websites you own, manage or have permission to inspect. Competitor research must also respect applicable law and access restrictions. Do not bypass authentication, robots/access controls, probe private networks, overload sites, misuse credentials, impersonate others, evade quotas, upload unlawful material or interfere with the service. Do not submit personal, sensitive or confidential information unnecessarily.
You retain your rights in submitted material and grant us the limited permission needed to fetch, process, store and display it for requested functions, including the providers described in the privacy policy. This is not permission to publish your private report or sell your content. Public website content, imported exports and third-party data retain their owners' rights. Reviews are not automatically licensed for public promotional testimonials.
4. Plans, limits and payment
The current monthly USD base prices are Free $0, Pro $19 and Growth $49, before applicable tax. Free includes 1 project and 500 pages per run/month; Pro includes 3 projects and 5,000 pages/month; Growth includes 10 projects and 15,000 pages/month. Paid plans allow up to 2,000 pages per run. The pricing page lists the other allowances. Daily operational and shared provider limits also apply.
Usage allowances reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month, which can differ from your subscription renewal date. They are not money or stored credit and do not roll over. Free users do not trigger Crawly backlinks or Gemini calls. No automatic overage purchase or launch promotion is currently enabled. A future discount applies only with the duration, eligibility and renewal price disclosed before checkout.
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for new subscriptions and displays the seller details, currency, tax, recurring amount and payment terms at checkout. Your bank may charge currency conversion or other fees; those are outside our control. Paid access requires server verification of the successful payment and covered period. Test-mode transactions do not establish a real paid purchase.
5. Renewal, cancellation and billing problems
A monthly subscription renews and charges automatically at the disclosed interval until cancelled. Cancel renewal through Account settings before the next charge. If the control fails or the service is unavailable, email support@mypageaudit.com promptly with your account/payment reference. We help reconcile the request with the payment seller.
Verified access normally continues to the end of the paid period after cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewal; it is not automatically a refund or account deletion. Failed payments, reversals, refunds or disputes can change access. A dispute means you ask your bank or payment provider to contest a charge; we may need to check the transaction and respond through that process. You keep any statutory right to dispute a payment.
An old subscription remains with its recorded provider and terms until explicitly reconciled. A provider change does not silently migrate or cancel it. Do not buy a replacement subscription to fix an unresolved charge without checking with support.
6. Refunds and statutory withdrawal
Email support@mypageaudit.com with your account email, payment reference and reason to request a refund. We review the facts and coordinate payment processing with Dodo or the original seller. We do not promise an automatic discretionary refund for every cancellation or unused allowance. Refund timing depends on the seller and payment method; your bank's exchange rate or fees can affect the amount received in another currency.
This does not limit refunds, remedies or withdrawal rights required by law. Where applicable, EU/EEA consumers can withdraw from an online service contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving a reason. Other jurisdictions can provide similar or additional rights. Contact us or use the seller's applicable withdrawal process; a notice can say 'I withdraw from my MyPageAudit subscription' and identify the purchase. We do not treat login, an audit run or immediate access by itself as a waiver of those rights. Any lawful deduction for service supplied during the withdrawal period requires the necessary prior request and disclosures.
7. Reports, deletion and availability
Retained history has a default 30-day window and latest-100-snapshot limit. Export reports you need before they expire. Deleting a project, letting a record expire, cancelling renewal and deleting an account have different effects; cancellation alone does not erase stored data. Account deletion requires subscription/checkout reconciliation, then associated application and mail-queue cleanup, subject to lawful retention.
We maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a service-level agreement under these plans. Testing builds can be interrupted, reset or lack configured providers; do not use them as your only copy of important information. Material changes to paid features or renewal prices will be notified in advance where required and will not remove remedies required by law. We do not replace an already-paid period with a worse offer merely by changing this page.
8. Intellectual property and service restrictions
The service's software, design, branding and documentation belong to their respective owners. You may use reports for your lawful work, including authorized client work, subject to third-party data rights. These terms do not permit you to resell provider datasets or claim ownership of another party's materials. Applicable open-source licences continue to govern separately licensed components.
We may proportionately restrict abusive, unlawful, compromised or unpaid access, and act urgently where necessary to protect people or systems. Where practical we explain the reason and a route to resolve it. If we discontinue a paid service, any required notice, refund or remedy remains available.
9. Responsibility, disputes and changes
Use reasonable judgment before changing a website based on an audit or AI suggestion. To the extent law permits, the service and third-party results are supplied without a promise of error-free output or fitness for a particular outcome. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. These terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration clause, class-action waiver or a foreign exclusive court on consumers.
Contact support@mypageaudit.com first so we can try to resolve a problem. Applicable mandatory laws and your rights to approach a competent court, consumer body or regulator remain available. We date revisions and notify material contractual changes where required; new optional processing needs its own permission. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue so far as legally possible.
